Current issues:
The 2017 club calendar was discussed, some locations for the photo shoot were presented such as the Movies 12 theater, Castrol Raceway, the old trestle bridge in St. Albert, the Stony Plain murals in Stony Plain, just to name a few. The date for the photo shoot was also discussed, weather permitting it should be done soon Or wait till spring and have a 2017-2018 calendar produced. Some members concluded that we use the photos on the current file for the 2017 edition and proceed with the production. 95% accepted this idea & was passed by members. The calendar layout will be a poster type, same as the 2016 issue.

Roy M. Club License plate project was discussed & Roy will used the Club`s logo on the Aluminum plate (very similar to the type that the Car club`s in California use). More info to be addressed in November.

The car club will be at Red Deer Swap meet on Oct 8 with the travelling club trailer. One table for the club and Roy & Jim have purchased one each as well. Also we will be at the Stony Plain swap meet in November with the same number of tables minus the Travelling trailer, however. Due to lack of space at the venue.

The annual Club Christmas supper was discussed & passed by all present. To be held on December 7th at 7 p.m upstairs, Black Jack`s Roadhouse. Same menu as last year & the cost is $32.83 per person ( GST & 16% gratuity included). Head count & ticket purchase deadline is November 16th, to help the caterer to prepare the amount of ``grub`` needed. There will be door prizes as well as a special prize for our special supporter in our lives.

Government of Alberta application for non-profit status was discussed & Jim K. will proceed with the submission. It is due on October 31.
