December Minutes
Edmonton & Area 567 Club December meeting
Start time 7:00pm 11 members present
On December 6th we held our Annual Christmas Social, it was a potluck style and I would like to Thank everyone for a great meal...
Enclosed is a 2025 group "pic" of those who came out, it was a small number & those who did not join us, missed a good time...
Thank-you-goes out to fellow member Norm Messerevy for his great "kitchen" work.... A wonderful cook !!!!!
Our annual presentation of the "Bernie McIvor Award" was given to fellow member Gene LaRose at our social, justly deserved my friend..
The club account is very stable currently..
The 2026 membership dues are now being accepted.. Still only $25.00 per year. SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL CAR CLUB !!!!!
There were NO members seeking parts, Jim has a universal type Master cylinder with a 7 " booster plus a GM style proportioning valve
For Sale $280.00 will take it complete, otherwise there is nothing else right now...
Rumours has it that Jim is working on a Show n Shine idea with a outside interest for late August.. Stay Tuned !!!! We will see how it works out !
Our next meeting is on January 7th ( Merry Christmas to all our Ukrainian friends & members) @ 7 P.M upstairs.. 14305-

November Minutes
The Edmonton & Area 567 club minutes for October & November
There was Discussion on the current status of the group, After getting various info for other groups, we are not the only ones facing this issue.... Major interest is dropping and 2026 is time to re-tune our group... Remember, we still are interested in the "golden era" of the Fifties & the Tri five years...
Our club account is still strong, but support is slowing down...
Old guys are dropping off & the young ones seem to have interest in the "show room floor" types..
Our Annual Christmas dinner is on DECEMBER 6 @ 5 p.m Starting; Same format as the past years POTLUCK STYLE !!!!!
Please inform me at jskennedy@shaw.ca if you you be attending & what dish you will provide... The Turkey & Fixins' will be provided by the club
PLUS the "Bernie McIvor Award" will be presented that same nite.. Door prizes,50/50 draw, ladies only draw, etc...
Well, the first snowfall got us on Nov.7 got us and I do hope we all have out Tri-Five's put away till spring.... There are plan to have weekend gatherings at the "clubhouse" during the winter... Any Ideas from you would be appreciated...
I can't say much BUT the Show n shine, May return in 2026, some things still have to be worked out, however...
As was stated before we will have our monthly reports switched to Bi-monthly coverage...
Membership is still on $25.00 per year !!!!!!
Please inform me before NOVEMBER 24th as to let us know if you are coming & if you are bringing someone....
In the meantime keep the shiney side up !!!

September 2025 Minutes
The Edmonton and Area 567 clubSeptemberMonthly meeting 7 p.m September 3rd, 2025
Opened with previous minutes from past 3 months as we did not officially have any meetings during the summer but we still had a few of us that got together.
The club account still stands FIRM. No outstanding accounts...
Club will contact those whose late memberships had expired soon...
The annual Club membership still @ $25.00 per year... become a member !!!
Hell, You can't even go to a movie for $25 Bucks !!
There were a few members that received car show awards during the summer at various show n shines..
Good job and congrats to you all..
We are facing a decline in interest in the club BUT it still in operation by us "Die Hards" that still love the Tri-5's era...
We are not the only group facing this issue... Many other groups are having this problem too. Sign of the times ????
Remember we are only a strong with your input, show your support...
There is a Swap Meet in Red Deer on Oct. 11 starting @ 8 a.m. The Smokey Lake Pumpkin run on October 4th..
Hate to say this but winter is coming and there will be lots of action planned within our group during winter..
Time to think about the club's Christmas gathering and your 2025 " Bernie McIvor Award" given to any member that has displayed outstanding contributions thru out year towards our club...
All nominations start now and close on November 21..... Sent you nomination(s) to Jim ( jskennedy@shaw.ca)

Minutes Meeting January, February and March
The Edmonton & Area 567 Monthly meetings
The Jan., Feb. & March meetings where held but with not too much in attendence,( bad weather & etc.) we did cover some club topics, however... & Lots of B.S too !
The club bank account is STRONG..
We are still accepting yearly dues from some members
We will have a booth at the Red Deer Swap Meet in March..
We WELCOME Bob Friesen to the club...
Everyone is just "itching" to get their "rides" out on the open road...

As always, new ideas and things to do are always welcomed..
